Three games for two: compare and choose

Each game takes about ten minutes and runs on two devices: one of you creates a room, the other joins by link. Here’s how the games differ and which one fits your evening.

  • Time: 5–10 minutes per game
  • Format: Two devices
  • Sign-up: No email

Example

Which household title have you earned?

  • Head of Snacks
  • Keeper of the Remote
  • Minister of Cozy
  • Chief of Alarms

All three games in one table

All three follow the same pattern (a room, a link, two devices) but ask different things of you. Go by how much time and energy you have right now.

  • Guess My Answer

    How long
    5–10 minutes: five rounds
    What you do
Pick your own answer, then separately guess what the other person picked
    Any typing?
No, you only tap ready-made options
  • Two Truths and a Lie

    How long
About 10 minutes, mostly spent thinking
    What you do
Write three statements about yourself, one of them false, and spot the lie in theirs
    Any typing?
Yes: three lines of up to 160 characters each
  • Pick Our Date

    How long
    5–10 minutes to vote
    What you do
Each of you independently marks up to 10 date scenarios Yes, Maybe or No
    Any typing?
No, you only mark your votes

Which one to pick: five situations

If the table isn’t enough, find the situation closest to yours.

  • It’s evening, you’re tired, but you’d like to spend it together and not scrolling

Go for Guess My Answer. There’s no typing: read the question, tap your option, then tap the one you think your partner chose. Five rounds are over before your tea goes cold, and once the answers are revealed there’s almost always something to ask: “Wait, is that really what you think of me?”

  • You’ve been together for years and are sure you know everything about each other

Try Two Truths and a Lie. The job is to dig up two real facts your partner may never have heard and add one you made up. The longer you’ve been together, the harder those facts are to find, and the more it stings to guess wrong.

  • You’ve spent three days failing to decide what to do this weekend

That’s what Pick Our Date is for. One of you sets the conditions: together or apart, at home or out, how much time you have, and whether you’re willing to spend money. You both get the same set of scenarios and vote without seeing each other’s marks. Only the options nobody turned down make the final list.

The game never shows who said No.

  • You’re in different cities or on different schedules

Any of the three will work, because you don’t have to answer at the same time. One of you does their part in the morning, the other in the evening; the game waits for up to seven days. The answers still open only once you’ve both finished.

  • You met recently and are still treading carefully

Start with Guess My Answer and choose the deck for a new acquaintance: light questions with no personal pressure. You don’t write anything about yourself, and you can skip any round.

How to start any of the games

  1. Choose a game

Open a game’s page or press “Choose a game”. For Guess My Answer, decide straight away which deck you need: for a couple or for a new acquaintance.

  2. Create a room

You don’t need an email for this: your first game takes no email sign-up.

  3. Send the invite link

Send it however you normally message each other. The other person opens it on their own device.

  4. Let them in

When your guest follows the link, you, as the room’s creator, let them in.

  5. Play and talk it over

Each of you answers on your own device. When you’ve both finished, the game shows the result, and the room has a text chat for talking it over.

What all three games share

Answers stay hidden until the reveal. Until the other person has done their part, you can’t see their choice and they can’t see yours. Nobody can peek and adjust, so what you see at the end is what each of you really picked.

Nobody is rushed. You can play through in one evening, or answer today and wait for the other answer tomorrow: the game waits for up to seven days.

Skipping costs nothing. If you don’t like a question, skip it: no penalty, no explanation needed.

The result is facts, not a verdict. The game will tell you, say, that you picked the same option in three rounds out of five, or which date scenarios worked for both of you. It doesn’t score your relationship and it isn’t a test; what you make of the result is up to you.

Each of you gets your own language. The interface comes in English and Russian, and two people in the same room can each play in theirs.

Common questions about the games

Do we have to play at the same time?
No. Each of you does your part when it suits you, and the game waits for up to seven days. The result opens once you’ve both finished.
Do we need to sign up?
Not for your first game: no email required. Create a room, send the link and play.
Can we play on one phone?
The games are built for two devices: each of you answers on your own screen without seeing the other’s. If you’re sitting side by side, just use a phone each.
How much does it cost?
It’s free. You can create a room, invite the other person and play a game through without paying.
Will the service find me someone to play with?
No. EasyTo.love doesn’t match people: you can only play with someone you’ve sent the link to yourself.
